Event Rules & Guidelines

Please review these terms before submitting your application.

01. Roblox ToS Compliance

All submitted booths, assets, decals, and promotional text must strictly adhere to the Roblox Terms of Service. No exceptions.

02. Part & Performance Limits

To avoid server degradation, your booth model must remain optimized. Keep the total part count below 500, and keep texture resolutions performant.

03. Script Policy

All scripts contained within submitted models will be completely stripped or disabled upon import, unless specific mechanical functions are pre-approved by the event administration.

04. Original Configurations

We celebrate creator expression. Do not submit unedited free models or baseline configurations. Show your authentic design or development framework.

05. Conduct Standards

Booth owners who exhibit disruptive behavior, exploit inside the venue sandbox, or harass other exhibitors will have their booths deleted immediately and face a permanent ban from ARDS events.

06. Obfusication

Please keep obfusication to a minimum. Game security will be treated with upmost importance, if you are able, please submit booths without obfusicated scripts.

We will check each booths for intense preformance impacts, we will notify you if we discover a booth severely impacts the preformance.
